Keith Evans is a seasoned executive leader and coach with over two decades of experience driving growth, strategy, and innovation across healthcare and service industries. As the Founder and Principal of EngageFront Partners, LLC, Keith specializes in helping senior executives and emerging leaders navigate pivotal transitions with purpose, clarity, and confidence. He offers tailored coaching and advisory services focused on leadership development, go-to-market strategy, and customer engagement.
Before founding EngageFront, Keith held senior leadership roles at Kaiser Permanente, where he led national sales and marketing initiatives, grew membership, improved retention, and spearheaded digital innovation during the COVID-19 pandemic. His strategic leadership also helped WellPoint (now Elevance Health) achieve major revenue gains and operational efficiencies, and he began his career at Aramark, driving financial strategy and capital planning.
Now pursuing his ICF coaching credential, Keith combines business acumen with a people-first mindset to help clients lead with impact in today’s complex world.
